She is most responsive, courteous and has provided me with answers and guidance every step of the way. I just want to thank you for even responding to my email.. You would not believe (or maybe you would) the number of property managers that will not even return my call. If I was the homeowner and knew someone was interested in my house and they weren’t “managing” it properly – I’d be even madder then I am. You don’t know how much I appreciate your response. Bev has been my leasing and property manager for 3 years. Our units has minimal vacancy after turnover. For service calls, she is flexible about let us know so we can do the repair ourself or have her team complete it. Compared to larger PM company, it's easier to reach Bev and have issue resolved quickly. In general, we are happy so far.

I never have to worry if she is taking care of my tenants and my investment property. My tenants appreciate her staying on top of repairs.
